What is Tesamorelin?
Tesamorelin (CAS 218949-48-5) is a stabilised analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It acts at the GHRH receptor, upstream of ghrelin-receptor secretagogues such as ipamorelin. A trans-3-hexenoyl group on the N-terminus improves stability versus native GHRH.
