This Policy covers delivery times, allowed countries, customs holds, and returns. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to United States addresses and European Union countries enabled at checkout. The list of allowed countries and territories can change without notice. Orders destined for a region or country that becomes disabled after purchase will be handled case-by-case (please contact [email protected]).
2. Delivery Times
Domestic US & EU Shipments: Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days from payment confirmation, depending on the destination and the selected carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, or USPS).
Disclaimers: These timelines are estimates provided by the carriers. They do not constitute a contractual deadline and are not the essence of the contract. Werhner Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or transit disruptions.
3. Packaging
Each order ships in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure security and privacy. Every vial box includes a 3ml sterile water/bacteriostatic water vial for reconstitution, where applicable to the product and permitted by local jurisdictions.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations
You are solely responsible for the lawful import of research compounds into your country or state.
EU/International: Import duties, local taxes, and any customs clearance procedures are your responsibility.
Customs Issues: A customs hold, seizure, documentation request, or refusal of entry by authorities does not entitle you to an automatic refund or a free reshipment. Contact us immediately in such cases, and we will assist with manufacturing documentation or Certificates of Analysis (CoA) where possible.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss, damage, and title passes to you when the carrier makes the parcel available for delivery at your provided address, or as mandatory local consumer protection law requires (such as for qualifying EU consumers).
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, or refused at destination, are not eligible for a free reshipment.
7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If a vial arrives physically damaged, the wrong item is sent, or the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) does not match the product received, contact [email protected] within 48–72 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the shipping label, packaging, the product vials, and the batch/lot number. We will offer, at our sole discretion, a replacement or a partial/full refund for the affected item.
8. Withdrawal and Returns
Due to the strict laboratory nature and biosecurity requirements of RUO chemical compounds, our return policy varies by region:
United States Orders
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted once the package has left our facility, except under the conditions outlined in Section 7.
European Union Consumers
Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, sealed lyophilized laboratory vials that have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with after delivery are strictly excluded from the right of withdrawal due to health protection, hygiene, and laboratory safety reasons. To exercise your right of withdrawal for fully intact, sealed products, email [email protected] with your order number before altering the product.
