By creating an account, adding products to the cart, or completing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Research Use Only / No Human Consumption notices.
Identity and subject
1.1Werhner Lab sells peptides and related compounds intended solely for scientific research and laboratory use ("Products").
1.2These Terms govern the distance sale contract: orders, payments, shipping, warranties, withdrawal (where applicable), and limitation of liability.
1.3The Products are not medicines, not food supplements, and not intended for human or veterinary consumption, nor for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
Eligibility and permitted use
2.1Purchases may only be made by:
- persons aged 18 or over;
- persons with legal capacity;
- buyers acquiring Products for laboratory research, not for personal, clinical, or aesthetic use.
2.2The following are prohibited:
- human or animal consumption;
- clinical, therapeutic, or injectable cosmetic use;
- resale as a drug or as a "human-use protocol";
- shipment to countries not enabled at checkout;
- providing false identity, address, or purpose.
2.3The Customer represents that they are authorised to purchase and handle these materials under the laws of their country.
Orders and contract formation
3.1The catalogue is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Stock, batches, and expiry dates may change.
3.2An order is an offer by the Customer. The contract is formed when Werhner Lab confirms the order by email and payment is confirmed on-chain / by the crypto payment provider.
3.3Werhner Lab may refuse or cancel an order if the destination country is not permitted, unauthorised use is reasonably suspected, payment is not confirmed or expires, there is an obvious pricing or stock error, or the RUO disclaimers are not accepted.
3.4At checkout the Customer must expressly accept these Terms, the RUO / No Human Consumption notice, and the Privacy Policy. The accepted version and timestamp are stored.
Prices and taxes
4.1Prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
4.2The checkout price includes VAT or other applicable taxes where required by EU rules and the destination.
4.3Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by country and any free-shipping threshold.
4.4An obvious pricing error does not bind Werhner Lab. Cancellation or a corrected price will be offered.
Payments (Bitcoin or Peer)
5.1Werhner Lab does not use Stripe or process card payments directly. Payment is made by Bitcoin, or by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Wise or PayPal through our third-party payment partner, Peer. Werhner Lab does not store card data.
5.2When a payment is created, the order status becomes awaiting_payment and the invoice URL, amount, and expiry are shown.
5.3The order becomes paid only after the payment provider (Bitcoin network confirmation, or Peer) confirms payment.
5.4If payment expires, fails, or is sent in the wrong amount, the order may be cancelled. Stock is not reserved indefinitely.
5.5Network fees, exchange rates, and provider timelines are outside Werhner Lab's control.
5.6Confirmed Bitcoin transfers are generally irreversible. Any refund, if due, is assessed case by case.
Confirmed Bitcoin transfers are generally irreversible — any refund, if due, is assessed case by case. (Clause 5.6)
Shipping, customs, and risk
6.1Shipments are made only to enabled countries. The Customer is responsible for lawful import at destination.
6.2Delivery times are estimates, not a contractual essence.
6.3Risk passes when the carrier makes the parcel available to the Customer (or as mandatory consumer law requires, if the Customer is an EU consumer).
6.4Import duties, inspections, and customs holds are the Customer's cost, unless law requires otherwise.
6.5Incomplete addresses or customs refusals do not automatically entitle the Customer to a free reshipment.
Withdrawal (EU)
7.1If the Customer is an EU consumer, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply under consumer law.
7.2Typical exceptions include sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed, goods made to the Customer's specifications, and goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Sealed lyophilised laboratory vials often fall within hygiene/stability limits. Each case is reviewed under applicable law.
7.3To withdraw: email [email protected] with the order number. Do not use the Product. If a return is accepted, goods must be in original condition with an identifiable batch.
7.4If the Customer is not a consumer, the consumer withdrawal right does not apply unless agreed in writing.
Warranties and quality
8.1Werhner Lab warrants that, at dispatch and according to the batch Certificate of Analysis (CoA), compound identity matches the product page, declared purity is that of the CoA for that batch, and the vial is sealed and labelled.
8.2Statutory conformity rights for EU consumers apply as required by law and do not extend the Product to human or clinical use.
8.3Werhner Lab does not warrant fitness for a specific experiment, scientific outcomes, stability after reconstitution or improper storage, or that the destination country will allow import.
8.4Claims for damaged vials, wrong batch, or CoA mismatch must be made within 48–72 hours of receipt, with photos and lot number.
8.5Remedies, at Werhner Lab's option and as required by law: replacement, or partial or full refund of the affected Product.
48–72 hour window to claim damaged vials, wrong batch, or CoA mismatch — with photos and lot number. (Clause 8.4)
Limitation of liability
9.1To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, Werhner Lab is not liable for misuse (human consumption, clinical use, dosing, "protocols", unlawful resale), nor for indirect loss, lost profit, data loss, interruption of research, or the Customer's customs penalties. Total liability for an order is capped at the amount paid for that order, except for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where the law does not allow a cap.
9.2Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9.3After delivery, the Customer is responsible for custody, cold storage, traceability, and legal compliance.
Products, batches, and CoA
10.1Each Product is identified by name, milligrams, batch, and expiry where stated.
10.2Blends (Glow 70, Wolverine Stack, and similar) are not a single substance. The product page lists components. There is no single CAS number for the mixture.
10.3Technical data (CAS, formula, purity) are research information. The CoA of the shipped batch prevails.
Account, data, and addresses
11.1The Customer must keep email and details accurate. Shipping addresses are processed under the Privacy Policy, with encryption of sensitive fields.
11.2Werhner Lab may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, scraping, non-payment, or prohibited use.
Intellectual property
12.1The Werhner Lab name, site texts, design, and catalogue belong to the operator or its licensors.
12.2Copying the catalogue, misusing third-party CoAs, or using the brand to resell without permission is prohibited.
Data protection
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy (GDPR). Main legal bases: contract performance, legal duties, and consent where required.
Force majeure
Delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (carriers, customs, blockchain or gateway outages, cyber incidents, sudden regulation) does not automatically create a damages claim. The Customer will be informed. If payment cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled or refunded as appropriate.
Changes
Werhner Lab may update these Terms. The version that applies to an order is the version accepted at that checkout. Continued use of the site after a change applies to future orders.
Governing law and courts
16.1Spanish law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the EU Customer's country of residence.
16.2Non-consumers: courts at the operator's registered seat in Spain.
16.3EU consumers may sue in the courts of their domicile and may use the European Commission's ODR platform where applicable.
