What does Werhner Lab sell?+
Lyophilised research peptides and two laboratory blends for in-vitro and preclinical work. They are not medicines, supplements, or cosmetics.
Are these products for human use?+
No. Every product is Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Who can order?+
Adults (18+) who buy for laboratory research. You must accept the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the RUO disclaimer at checkout.
Do you ship across the EU?+
We ship only to countries enabled at checkout. If a country is missing, we do not deliver there.
How long does delivery take?+
After crypto payment is confirmed: typically 1–3 business days to dispatch, then often 3–10 business days inside the EU. Times are estimates. Customs can add delay.
What if customs holds or seizes the parcel?+
We cannot control customs. Duties, storage, and broker fees are the buyer’s cost. A seizure or refusal in a restricted destination is not automatically a refund. Read Shipping and Returns.
How do I pay?+
Crypto only (Bitcoin and the coins shown at checkout). Some gateways let you pay by card and convert to crypto. Werhner Lab does not store card data. We do not use Stripe or PayPal as direct processors.
When is an order confirmed?+
When the payment provider confirms the transaction (webhook / required network confirmations). Until then the order stays awaiting payment. Unpaid or expired invoices can be cancelled.
Can I pay with a normal card on your servers?+
No. Card data, if used at all, is handled only by the crypto gateway on their page.
What purity do you claim?+
Catalogue specification is ≥ 97.5%. The CoA of that batch is the reference. Ask for the CoA with your lot number.
What is Glow 70?+
A blend, not one molecule. Usual fill: GHK-Cu 50 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg (70 mg total). Confirm the ratio on the CoA.
What is Wolverine stack?+
A blend: usually BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg (20 mg total). Confirm the ratio and the TB-500 form on the CoA.
Do blends have one CAS number?+
No. Only the individual components have CAS numbers.
How should I store the vials?+
Lyophilised powder: −20°C for long-term storage; 2–8°C short term before reconstitution. After reconstitution: 2–8°C, follow your lab SOP. Do not freeze reconstituted material unless your protocol says so. Avoid repeat freeze–thaw.
Why is Glow sometimes blue after mixing?+
GHK-Cu is a copper complex. A blue tint after reconstitution is expected. It is not a sterility test by itself.
Do you give dosing or cycle advice?+
No. We do not provide human dosing, injection guides, or “protocols” for people. Product pages summarise published research context only.
Can I return a vial?+
Unsealed or reconstituted vials are generally not returnable for hygiene and stability reasons. Warehouse errors (wrong item, CoA mismatch, transit damage) must be reported within 48–72 hours with photos and lot number. EU consumer withdrawal may apply to sealed goods where the law requires it.
How do refunds work?+
If a refund is due, it is processed after we confirm the case. Crypto payments are not instant to reverse. Method is case by case (crypto or EUR via the provider).
How is my data handled?+
Account email for login. Name and shipping address are encrypted at rest. We do not store card numbers.
Why do you use cookies?+
Strictly necessary cookies keep you logged in and keep the cart/checkout working. Analytics cookies only if you accept them.
How do I request my data or delete my account?+
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Invoices we must keep for tax law cannot be fully erased until the legal period ends.
Is the literature on the product page a medical claim?+
No. It is background from published science. It does not describe what our material will do in any person.
